Padel Culture Promise: Returns & Exchanges
At Padel Culture, we believe in delivering only the best to our customers. That’s why we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy, giving you peace of mind with every purchase. Simply reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your gear to request an exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your gear must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and with tags still attached in its original packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns or exchanges initiated without prior contact with us will not be accepted.
Once we’ve received and inspected your gear, we’ll send you an email confirming receipt. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, however, we’ll cover the costs for exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance as the gear remains your responsibility until it’s received and signed for by us.

Refunds Made Simple
If your return has been approved, we’ll process your refund and credit your original method of payment within 5 working days via our trusted third-party payment system.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Padel Culture customer service as soon as possible.
If the Padel bag has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
If the Padel bag has been shipped, we will still cancel the order, but the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
If the Padel bag has been received, the customer will have to follow the returns policy for a refund or exchange.
